I had a wonderful experience with GradMener Technologies, from the day I got interviewed by Sushil sir he became more of my mentor rather than my senior in the company.I learned a lot within few months of my stint. We all newly hired were trained by industry experts who were having rich industry experience within the domain.They made us prepare for all kind of interview questions. We almost had mock interviews every week and they use to give feedback after the interview regarding the same.In addition to that we were also given communication lessons to better interact with team members, higher executives within the company.We were given individual projects to complete to help us get good hands on experience.Overall it was a wonderful learning experience along with proper guidance by industry experts like Sushil and Manoj sir.
Roll back to year 2012, I had multiple job offers with me, but I selected GradMener as the company to kickstart my career. It was a visionary company started by entrepreneurs who had excelled in their respective field of work and were ready to go an extra mile to make a difference in the software industry. I personally had an opportunity to train employees at L&T Mumbai, which was one of the good learning experience provided by GradMener. I am currently working at Red Hat India and thankful to my mentors for building the confidence to pursue my dreams. The experience I had with my mentors (Mr. Sushil Gujarathi, Mr. Manoj Juriasinghani) was a great learning curve for me. I would always like to be a part of the change GradMener wants to bring in the industry and be a constant support to the team.
As a beginner, GradMener gave me an opportunity to learn and explore my abilities. I got to learn new programming languages, to note a few one was a scripting language which I learnt through open source webinar, the other was Java in which we were taught advanced level concepts by a reputed trainer. Not only was I trained from a programming perspective but also in other areas like communication skills. It was a good experience to know a business environment even before getting into an actual company.
GradMener, my first company from where I started my professional career. Needless to say I ended up in a better position from my friends who were placed in a service based companies. It was a tough call to select GradMener as we were the pioneer batch but it turned out to be fruitful and a better company to join. The quality of trainings, aim of building a 3×3 training was really admirable. We learnt about basics of testing, automation testing on selenium, banking domain knowledge and ISTQB certification which is one of the important certification in testing field. With all this knowledge it was quite easy to crack interviews of such big companies and hence landed up with Barclays, one of the renowned bank of London who have their software development centre in Pune. Pretty good pay scale, job satisfaction, quality work and best working atmosphere is what I have today and it is all cause of GradMener. I owe it all to Manoj sir, Sushil sir and Parizad Ma’am for their dedication, attention and trust in us that we can crack even interviews in top firms. I am Apurva Sancheti, currently employed with Barclays Technology India. I started by professional career with GradMener which provided me with the perfect grounding and structure to help me achieve my goals around my career in testing. I am Sakshi Sharma working in Barclays Technology Centre India as a Test Lead. I started my professional career with GradMener which turned out to be a stepping stone in my life. 3 cross 3 training provided by them was immensely helpful.
